More TSCM tips from the TSCM specialists at Verrimus.

• Don’t spend money on specialist measurement tools unless necessary!

Are you a TSCM team who have spent money unnecessarily on TSCM equipment? Here’s our Technical & Government Services Director, Gavin, explaining why he is concerned that TSCM operators are purchasing test equipment costing up to £30k.

TSCM tips are things that all competent TSCM operators should be aware of. TSCM teams spending public money on TSCM equipment that is unnecessary is alarming! Though it’s sadly not uncommon.

Verrimus Operational TSCM Training Courses are offered only to police, military and Government agencies worldwide. Our operational TSCM courses are fully immersive, involve live scenarios and of course ‘an enemy’. We focus on designing and developing TSCM TTPs/SOPs, which meet the role requirements.

Our instructors are not equipment sales teams, hoping to secure sales to meet their sales targets. We appraise and test TSCM equipment, so we select the most suitable pieces to deliver a specialist standard of service delivery. We are independent, agile and committed to ensuring all Verrimus TSCM students receive training and support that meets their operational role requirements.

So far this academic year, of those who completed a post-course evaluation survey, 100% were satisfied with their course. Our students get to stay in the centre of the vibrant city of Newcastle and enjoy the Geordie hospitality, beautiful coastline and history of this Northern Powerhouse region.
