100% Satisfaction With Verrimus TSCM Training

We are an organisation that are committed to ensuring that the Verrimus TSCM Training services we deliver are meeting our clients’ expectations. We value honest, constructive feedback from our service users to assist us to adapt and improve our service delivery. At the end of each of our Operational TSCM courses, we provide students with a basic evaluation questionnaire to complete anonymously. Giving students the chance to reflect on their experiences on the course and to tell us what aspects they feel did or didn’t work well, and to tell us any suggestions for improvements.

A fantastic WELL DONE to all of the Verrimus team who are involved in providing training at our dedicated TSCM training facility.

An analysis of 72 completed post-course evaluation surveys for the last academic year resulted in;
– 100% extremely satisfied (86%) or satisfied (13.8%) with their course overall
– 97.2% rating their lead instructor as Very Good (88.8%) or Good (8.3%) (with 2 respondents choosing to add a further response category to their questionnaire – 1 added Excellent and 1 added Very Very Good)

The main examples given regarding what had worked well were;
– live and realistic scenarios
– instructors aren’t equipment sales team
– relaxed atmosphere
– examples and real experiences valued

No post-course evaluation survey is useful if it doesn’t also illicit suggestions for improvements. 95.8% (69/72) had no suggestions for improvements. The suggestions that were provided were;
– extra units of some equipment could help speed up practices
– more fish and chips at the beach
– softer toilet paper
