Verrimus TSCM Training Feedback Matters
We are passionate about ensuring that Verrimus TSCM Training courses remain relevant, effective and enjoyable. Because of this, at the end of every course we run, we ask for feedback on TSCM Training using a post-course evaluation survey.*
The feedback we receive from our students is extremely valuable. We’ve mentioned this before and it’s still true! Feedback assists us to ensure that our courses can be tweaked and adapted where any issues are detected. Every bit of feedback is important to us, positive and negative. We need to be aware of what worked well and what a student may have felt didn’t work as well. Therefore, we ask for suggestions for any additional topics, scenarios or improvements that could be made.
In addition to course specific information we also ask how the overall visit was for each student. We ask about their accommodation, refreshments, meals, travel and the region. It’s important to us that our students find their visit to Verrimus TSCM Training facility informative and enjoyable. Clients are spending time away from their homes, families, workplaces. Our international clients are also away from their home country.
Today, a week long Operational TSCM course for an international client team of TSCM operators ended. 100% of the anonymous TSCM Training feedback questionnaires are positive! That’s a lovely thing for a Friday afternoon. To the question on our evaluation survey “Would you recommend Verrimus TSCM Training to others?” one student wrote; “Yes, because it’s really different in a good way!” – We’ll take that! Perhaps a new marketing tag line…Verrimus TSCM Training – Different in a Good Way!
*Our feedback survey was designed by our MD, who’s professional background is in qualitative and quantitative psychological research. There’s just 9 questions, it’s completed anonymously by each student and provides both quantitative information and qualitative data.
