Operational TSCM Training – what’s that?

Are you deciding on your securing TSCM training? Verrimus only train military, Government and police teams in operational TSCM. Of course we do provide some TSCM Awareness and Procurement training to our commercial clients. We also support corporate in-house teams with their provision of internal TSCM services.

Commercial TSCM Training

We have plans to offer some commercial TSCM training from April 2025.

No ‘Tick Box’ Training

We aren’t interested in providing training which ‘ticks a box’! You know the type that is performed, just to say it’s been completed. Verrimus deliver training to our clients that meets their operational requirements and adds value. We don’t use fake ‘room builds’, we strive to make our operational training as real as possible (including enemy red team, operational surveillance and live scenarios). From full OPEVALS (operational evaluations) for established teams, to specific modules concentrating on one type of threat domain, we offer the full range of operational TSC training.

No TSCM Equipment Sales Patter

During training we obviously discuss and use various pieces of equipment. We’re not equipment sales people. We don’t have equipment sales targets. We can independently discuss both the benefits and flaws of TSCM equipment units. There is no one PERFECT piece of equipment. All equipment must be selected to match the threat domain and operational scenario. As TSCM specialists, who conduct commercial TSCM operations, we test and evaluate lots of equipment. We feel that TSCM training courses that result in students being told to purchase only a certain manufacturer’s kit are insincere. There are many equipment manufacturers and choosing what is best for YOUR situation should be the focus. We encourage all of our students to test drive, evaluate and appraise TSCM equipment before purchasing. Of course, if you’ve purchased equipment and even after the manufacturers training you are struggling to integrate it into your TTPs, we can help.

All Inclusive

Our courses are all inclusive. That means they include accommodation in the heart of Newcastle City Centre and all meals and refreshments. Unlike an all inclusive vacation alcoholic drinks aren’t included! Come and see what we have on offer.

There are many who try to be as good as us – but there is only one Verrimus!
