Building An Internal TSCM Capability

TSCM capability building is not easy or cheap, yet it’s an option that does appeal to many organisations.

Building an internal capability means that you no longer have to rely on outsourcing your TSCM requirements to external service providers. It will require a heavy investment in training and equipment. For example; A foundation 10 day internal capability training course, followed by a mentoring period and culminating in a 5 day operational evaluation. This is obviously a rough example as every client and organisation has their own threat level and risk appetite.
